Honor Randall is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) located in Verona, New Jersey offering tele-health services for adults in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania through insurance. I approach each individual not only as a social worker but find my background as an artist furthers my ability to connect with my clients' unique experiences and perspectives. As a clinician, I specialize in working with neurodiverse individuals who have a complex array of difficulties and experiences that impact social, emotional, and professional functioning. I work in collaboration with my clients to process their personal histories and embrace what makes them different in order to improve their mood, relationships, and outcomes in daily life. I am trained to diagnose ASD in adults however I DIAGNOSE CURRENT THERAPY CLIENTS FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. In some cases a recommendation from a licensed clinical social worker is useful but keep in mind a definitive diagnosis takes many hours to determine. I offer psychoeducation, consultation and training for clinicians and supportive friends, family and other providers of adults on the autism spectrum in addition to individual therapy services. My early career was spent working primarily on services for adults on the autism spectrum with the Autism Services, Education, Resources, and Training Collaborative (ASERT). The goal of the ASERT Collaborative is to provide streamlined access to information for Pennsylvanians living with autism. At ASERT I offered therapy and adult autism assessments using the Autistic Diagnostic Observation Schedule 2 (ADOS-2). I also led a pilot program integrating adults on the spectrum into existing Psychiatric Rehabilitation programs. I trained other clinicians to support adults with autism in a variety of settings and authored a manual and implemented materials to train Psych Rehab Programs throughout PA.
